Beginning 25 May 2018, businesses in Poland will have to apply new EU regulations regarding personal data protection. Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) introduces solutions to strengthen the personal data protection, in particular new duties for data processors.
Łaszczuk & Partners law firm offers trainings for companies to help them to prepare to apply new regulations. The training is conducted by Łaszczuk & Partners’ lawyers that on a daily basis advise companies in issues related to personal data protection. In addition to presentation of GDPR, they are able to answer practical questions regarding new requirements.
