Justyna Szpara, managing partner, will take part in a debate ‘Should third party funding in international arbitration and litigation be regulated?’, which will be held during the conference “Should I Stay or Should I Go? Challenge of an Arbitrator”, held in Warsaw on 14 February 2018.
The program of the conference includes:

Maciej Łaszczuk, partner and Aleksandra Orzeł-Jakubowska, associate will serve as arbitrators during 10th Arbitration Moot, held at the University of Warsaw on 15-16 February 2018. Teams from Poland, Germany, France and Ukraine will compete during the Moot, as a preparation for the Vis Moot Court.
