Aleksandra Faderewska-Waszkiewicz advises on a broad range of tax issues, from day-to-day assistance on tax and legal matters, through taxation of mergers and acquisitions, tax optimization and restructuring, to issues of criminal tax liability and advising in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. Her experience includes also advising on international tax law and day-to-day advising on corporate law, including establishing and transformation of companies. She advises also on tax aspects of real estate transactions. She is a member of the Taxation Council of Confederation Lewiatan.
Aleksandra has extensive experience in advising direct selling companies. Her clients include international holdings and multinational direct selling companies.
Education and experience
Aleksandra Faderewska-Waszkiewicz has been working with Łaszczuk & Partners since 2005. In 2013 she became a partner.
In 2011, after passing the advocate's exam, she was admitted to the practice of law as an advocate. In July 2009, she was admitted to practice as a tax adviser.
Aleksandra Faderewska-Waszkiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She also graduated from the Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
