We are pleased to announce that Patrycja Piotrowska, Aleksandra Trzcińska-Kosacka and Agnieszka Zwierzyńska have been promoted to Senior Managing Associate. Magdalena Sowińska has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate.
Patrycja Piotrowska is an advocate specialising in providing comprehensive legal advice and assistance to entrepreneurs, as well as representing clients in litigation, in particular in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings. She also advises clients on aspects of criminal liability. She is recommended in the international Legal 500 EMEA ranking in the category of White-Collar. She has been with the law firm since 2019.
Aleksandra Trzcińska-Kosacka is an attorney-at-law, she specialises in labour law. She works for Polish companies and international corporations, which she supports in all matters related to employment. She provides both day-to-day advice and support in strategic business projects, including transactions resulting in the transfer of all or part of the work establishment. She has extensive experience in representing clients in employment disputes. She has been working at the firm since June 2018.
Agnieszka Zwierzyńska is an advocate. She specialises in intellectual property, new technologies, privacy protection and e-commerce law. She is a member of the firm’s AI team. She has been advising Polish and international entrepreneurs on intellectual property matters for almost 20 years. She represents clients in disputes related to copyright or industrial property right infringements. She joined the law firm in July 2018.
Magdalena Sowińska is an advocate, she specialises in aviation law. She handles lawsuits and organises the work of a team representing air carriers in proceedings before courts and the President of the Polish Civil Aviation Authority, in particular, in cases of passengers claiming compensation. She also supports ongoing advisory projects for air carriers. She has been with the law firm since 2020.
