Justyna Szpara named a leading global arbitration practitioner in Lexology Thought Leaders: Arbitration 2026

Justyna Szpara has once again been recognised among the world’s leading arbitration practitioners in the Lexology Index Thought Leaders: Arbitration 2026. The ranking highlights individual lawyers whose expertise in complex international disputes is confirmed by extensive market feedback from peers, clients and arbitrators. This year, 7,916 practitioners were considered, and only 579 were named Thought Leaders.

Lexology Index: Arbitration 2026 is the result of months of research conducted by Lexology Index and GAR. It brings together insights from leading arbitrators, counsel and experts worldwide, identifying practitioners distinguished by technical excellence, strategic capability and their impact on the development of international arbitration.

Justyna’s recognition further reinforces her strong international position. At the firm, she leads the dispute resolution and arbitration practice. She is actively involved in the global arbitration community and currently serves, i.a., as Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.

Her recognition also reflects her extensive experience acting both as counsel and as an arbitrator in high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes across various sectors. She is regularly appointed in international proceedings, which further highlights her authority in the field.
