Join us for a workshop co-hosted with WilmerHale entitled “From Boilerplate to Strategy: Choosing the Right Rules and Designing Clauses That Actually Work”.
Date & Venue

In addition to an engaging workshop, there will be time for discussion and networking over coffee and snacks.

This will be a practical, application-oriented session, designed to help you turn “boilerplate” clauses into deliberate, informed drafting choices that provide a real strategic advantage in any future disputes.
