Justyna Szpara has been appointed to the KCAB International Panel of Arbitrators for the term 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2029.
KCAB International is the international arbitration centre of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, specialising in cross-border commercial dispute resolution. Its Panel of Arbitrators brings together international arbitrators, legal experts and industry specialists with extensive experience and expertise in international dispute resolution.
This is another recent appointment for Justyna to the panel of arbitrators of an Asian arbitral institution. In June 2026, she also joined the Panel of Arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). These appointments reflect Justyna’s international standing and extensive experience in arbitration and further strengthen her presence within the Asian arbitration community.
Justyna is a recognised arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). To date, she has served as an arbitrator in more than 130 proceedings conducted under, among others, the ICC, SCC, VIAC and DIS Rules, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, as well as the rules of domestic arbitral institutions. She is regularly appointed as presiding arbitrator and sole arbitrator in complex commercial disputes.
Justyna is also actively involved in the development of international arbitration. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, contributing to its work on the development of standards and best practices in international arbitration.
