Justyna Szpara has been selected to join the Panel of Arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) – one of the world’s leading arbitral institutions.
This appointment is particularly meaningful in light of Justyna’s long-standing involvement in international arbitration and cross-border disputes. She looks forward to contributing to the resolution of complex international disputes and supporting the further development of arbitration.
Justyna is a highly regarded arbitrator with extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Justyna has served as an arbitrator in more than 100 cases under the ICC Rules, SCC Rules, Vienna Rules, DIS Rules, UNCITRAL Rules as well as the rules of domestic institutions. She is frequently appointed as presiding arbitrator or sole arbitrator.
Her social involvement includes serving as Vice-Chair to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
