Agnieszka specializes in new technologies and privacy protection law, as well as intellectual property law.
For nearly 20 years she has been advising Polish and international entrepreneurs from the IT, e-commerce, publishing, educational and pharmaceutical sector in the scope of copyright and license contracts, implementation contracts, as well as other intellectual property related contracts. She represents clients in disputes connected with infringements of intellectual and industrial property rights.
Agnieszka advises also on personal data protection, in particular, she provides assistance by GDPR implementation and conducts personal data protection audits.
She is a member of the European Law Association in Poland.
Agnieszka represents Łaszczuk and Partners at Adlaw International, a global network of law firms specializing in advertising and marketing law.
