Aleksandra specialises in individual and collective labour law, as well as civil law.
She provides day-to-day assistance to employers and employees in the field of labour law, covering both individual and collective labour relations. She supports employers in, i.a., discussions and correspondence with trade union organisations.
Aleksandra has experience in drafting employee documentation, including documentation related to termination of employment, preparation of internal regulations, including those related to Voluntary Redundancy Program (PDO) and outplacement benefits.
She coordinates the activities of employers with regard to working time regulations, leaves, employee documentation and other day-to-day matters.
She advises employers on the choice of an appropriate working time system and on the implementation of remote work.
Aleksandra has experience in advising on the preparation, implementation and operation of PPK (Employee Capital Plans) and PPE (Employee Retirement Programs).
Aleksandra supports employers in the design and application of company benefit fund arrangements.
She represents employers and contributors in labour law and social security disputes.
She assists clients with the interpretation of European labour law and transfers of undertakings.
