Aleksandra specialises in employment law, advising employers on day-to-day workforce matters, as well as on strategic decisions related to hiring, reorganizations and relations with trade unions, in both individual and collective employment contexts. She represents employers in employment and social security disputes.

For many years, she has advised Polish companies across a wide range of sectors, as well as multinational corporations, acting as a trusted advisor to HR departments and management boards on employment law matters.

Aleksandra supports employers in negotiations and ongoing communication with trade unions. She has extensive experience in preparing and implementing employee documentation, including termination-related documents, as well as internal policies and regulations, in particular those relating to voluntary redundancy programmes (PDO) and outplacement schemes.

She advises employers on the organization of working time, leave arrangements and employee documentation, and supports the implementation of working time systems and remote working solutions.

Her experience covers establishing, implementation and ongoing operation of employee capital plans (PPK) and employee pension schemes (PPE), as well as the design and application of solutions relating to company social benefits funds.

Alexandra assists employers with workforce restructuring, including transfers of work establishments, and advises on cross-border employment law issues arising under EU law.
