Andrzej specialises in administrative law, litigation, and arbitration. He also provides regulatory advice, supporting clients in matters involving competition law and state aid.
He acts as counsel in administrative proceedings before administrative courts, as well as in civil and commercial cases before common courts, including disputes with an international element. He advises on issues related to the construction process, infrastructure projects, and environmental protection law. Andrzej works with both Polish and international businesses operating in the aviation, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. He provides regulatory advice to airline carriers and supports them in dispute resolution. He is part of a team representing air carriers in passenger compensation claims, as well as in administrative proceedings before the President of the Civil Aviation Authority and the Border Guard. Andrzej began working with Łaszczuk & Partners in 2017, having previously gained legal experience at renowned Polish and international law firms. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He graduated with distinction from the American Law Center, a joint program of the University of Warsaw, Emory University School of Law, and Georgia State University College of Law. He also completed the Mediation Clinic at the University of Warsaw.
