Andrzej Bundyra practises mainly administrative law, but also conducts judicial and arbitration disputes. He began his cooperation with Łaszczuk & Partners in 2017, prior to which he clerked at renowned Polish and international law firms. In 2017 he completed with distinction the course of study at the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw (in conjunction with Emory University School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law). In 2017 he also completed the Mediation Clinic at the University of Warsaw.

experience

• Support in representing a provider of telecommunications services in a case before the president of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection alleging unlawful practices infringing the interests of consumers; the case ended with issuance of a consent decree

• Work on the litigation team and ongoing advice to airlines in cases by passengers seeking compensation

• Work on the team representing a law firm in connection with claims of improper performance of a contract to provide legal services
