Paweł Marcisz specializes in European Union law as well as litigation and arbitration. He represents clients before courts in commercial matters, including proceedings related to unfair competition. He also advises on protection of personal rights. He examines whether Polish regulations are compliant with EU law and if not advises clients on further measures to take. He also advises clients on compliance with competition law, and drafts and reviews contracts and other commercial legal documents.
