Doctor in law with long experience in the field of public procurement law.

In 1993 she completed the “Principles of Government Procurement Law” course organized by the Graduate School at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the “Public Procurement in Poland” course organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce under the Trade Law Development Program.

She has been dealing with public procurement since 1994. She is one of the first Polish trainers in this field.

Hanna is a utility procurement auditor, author of many publications, including articles in professional press on public procurement, co-author of the commentary on European Procurement Law, adviser of parliamentary committees by works on further amendments to the Public Procurement Law.

She advises the contracting authorities on the tendering process and contractors on the procedure for bidding for contracts.

She acts as an attorney-at-law before the National Appeals Chamber (Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza), as well as before common courts.

She is a co-organizer and lecturer of the first Polish Post-Graduate Public Procurement Studies at Kozminski University.

She conducts public procurement trainings and seminars.

She specializes in European procurement law in the field of defence and security.

She is also a philologist, graduate of the Faculty of Modern Languages, Iberian Studies at the University of Warsaw.
