Katarzyna advises employers on labour law, in particular in navigating the legalisation of foreign employment.
She drafts and implements all HR legal documents, in particular with regard to the establishment and termination of employment relationships and the implementation of internal legal regulations. She supports employers on issues relating to Employee Capital Plans, the company’s social benefit fund, work and remuneration regulations and other labour law procedures. Katarzyna provides clients with ongoing support in selecting mechanisms for legalising the right to work and reside in Poland. She advises employers on the design, implementation and use of remote work solutions. She also provides support to employers on health and safety regulations. She coordinates the firm’s newsletters covering changes in labour law and social security.
