Marta works in the white-collar crime and dispute resolution practice. She specialises in commercial litigation.
She has experience in cases relating, i.a., to insider trading, harm to creditors, fraud, fencing, as well as recovery of compensation from the State Treasury for wrongful detention. Marta supports the aviation law team, representing air carriers in cases for compensation claimed by passengers, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Civil Aviation Authority and the Polish Border Guard. Before joining Łaszczuk & Partners, she gained experience in the legal department of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. Marta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, defending with distinction her Master’s thesis on the admissibility of group proceedings. She also graduated from the British Law Centre, organised by the University of Warsaw.
