She has specific experience working for clients in the new technologies, e-commerce, and direct selling sectors, supporting them in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects such as M&A transactions. She has many years of experience in providing legal assistance to companies and advising individuals, particularly in the areas of labour, civil and administrative law. She advises on all issues related to human resources management, including the selection of forms of employment. Martyna supports clients in employment restructuring, so-called difficult dismissals (including of managers), as well as group layoffs. She represents clients in negotiations and before courts and administrative authorities in labour law and social security matters. She advises on anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination issues and assists employers in conducting internal investigations. She assists in the design and adaptation of procedures to current legislation, providing, inter alia, comprehensive support on remote work. She has extensive experience in advising on the employee aspects of M&A transactions and due diligence processes. Martyna completed postgraduate studies in labor law and social security.
