Michał specialises in broadly understood administrative law. He is a member of the corporate law practice group and supports the dispute resolution team. He deals with regulatory issues, administrative law, contract assistance and ongoing support to businesses.
He has more than 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal assistance to Polish and foreign companies and public administration authorities. Michał has advised companies in, i.a., the industrial, energy, IT, e-commerce as well as architecture, construction and logistics sectors. He has participated in negotiations and conclusion of contracts for, i.a., construction services and IT implementations, and has conducted cases relating to the operation of commercial law companies. He has extensive experience in representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. Before joining Łaszczuk & Partners, he worked as an attorney-at-law in the Ministry of Climate and Environment, first in the legal department, and then in the department responsible for, i.a., forest and environmental protection, as well as for land protection. He also dealt with matters within the scope of the Minister’s supervision of subordinate units. Before that, he spent many years working for a law firm where he provided ongoing legal assistance to companies in various sectors. Michał graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
