Patrycja specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice and assistance to entrepreneurs, as well as representing clients in litigation, in particular in multi-million commercial disputes.
She advises and represents clients in the food, manufacturing and real estate sectors, among others, both in day-to-day operations and at every stage of the litigation process – from pre-litigation negotiations to enforcement proceedings. Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating contracts, including complex construction and investment projects and leases.
She supports clients in development and implementation of compliance systems, including anti-corruption procedures, and advises on criminal liability, representing clients in pre-trial and court proceedings.
Before joining Łaszczuk & Partners, she was a member of the dispute resolution and arbitration team of a major international law firm in Warsaw.
Since 2022, she has been recommended in the international Legal 500 EMEA ranking in the category of White-Collar Crime.
She graduated in law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in the field of investment and construction process for lawyers at Lazarski University.
