Patrycja specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice and assistance to entrepreneurs, as well as representing clients in litigation, in particular in multi-million commercial disputes.

She advises and represents clients in the food, manufacturing and real estate sectors, among others, both in day-to-day operations and at every stage of the litigation process – from pre-litigation negotiations to enforcement proceedings. Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating contracts, including complex construction and investment projects and leases.

She supports clients in development and implementation of compliance systems, including anti-corruption procedures, and advises on criminal liability, representing clients in pre-trial and court proceedings.

Before joining Łaszczuk & Partners, she was a member of the dispute resolution and arbitration team of a major international law firm in Warsaw.

Since 2022, she has been recommended in the international Legal 500 EMEA ranking in the category of White-Collar Crime.

She graduated in law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in the field of investment and construction process for lawyers at Lazarski University.

• Member of the team representing a client in international investment arbitration seeking damages under a bilateral investment treaty, initiated by foreign investors against the Republic of Poland

• Representing a client from the gas industry in a number of judicial proceedings with the general contractor on claims connected with execution of a gas-line project (including claims for contractual penalties, claims for additional works, and claims under insurance and bank guarantees)

• Representing a bank in a proceeding concerning currency forward transactions, and in consumer proceedings seeking a finding that provisions of their credit agreements were prohibited clauses

• Representing a client from the insurance sector on claims for damages sought in connection with conclusion of a group bancassurance policy

• Representing a provider of telematic solutions in a reorganization proceeding against one of its debtors
