Paweł Makulski specializes in corporate law, civil law and real estate law.
He advises on the functioning of companies at all stages of their development, including establishment, reorganization and liquidation as well as share transactions. He also advises on a broad range of issues relating to day-to-day corporate operations. His practice also includes M&A transactions.
He represents airlines in cases involving passenger complaints for cancelled or delayed flights, and in administrative proceedings before the president of the Civil Aviation Office concerning required licences, approvals and notifications (e.g. licences to conduct regularly scheduled commercial flights, licences for sale of air transport in Poland, approval of flight schedules and the like).
His experience also includes advising on real estate transactions, particularly in identifying and mitigating legal risks, due diligence projects, and drafting of contracts, as well as advising and representing clients in judicial disputes.
