Her experience includes also advising on international tax law and day-to-day advising on corporate law, including establishing and transformation of companies. She advises also on tax aspects of real estate transactions.

She specializes in tax consultancy related to day-to-day operations of business entities, as well as tax issues related to specific projects, such as real estate projects, commercial leases, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence. She represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities.

• Support for clients in the IT and manufacturing industries in implementing employee pension plans for several thousand staff

• Heading the team responsible for corporate merger and division procedures, including the division of a manufacturing company through spinoff and transfer of a manufacturing plant to a new company

• Representing clients in numerous share deals, asset deals, and sales of organized parts of enterprises—advising on corporate law and tax aspects

• Conducting the process of changing the shareholder in several SPV companies in the real estate sector, including dissolution of contracts concluded by the prior shareholder

• Representing a Danish company in proceedings lasting several years before the Polish tax authorities seeking a VAT refund of over PLN 1 million, ending in the client’s receipt of the VAT refund

• Representing one of the world’s leading manufacturers of RTG scanners in a proceeding for a VAT refund of over PLN 2 million, including representation before the Supreme Administrative Court, ending in a judgment in the client’s favour

• Defending persons managing the finances of an enterprise accused of fiscal offences, including defence in investigative proceedings before the tax audit office, resulting in discontinuance of the case
