Who is the data controller?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”) ŁiW is the data controller of personal data of persons visiting our Website. This means that we are responsible for using these data safely and lawfully.
What data do we collect and for what purpose?
ŁiW has automatic access to public IP addresses that the visitors use to view the information content of the Website and to weblog data (http quires). The data collected are used to administrate the Website and for statistical purposes. The basis for processing of personal data is to pursue our legitimate interests of the data controller in the form of administration and operating of the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
